The basic steps required for any renovation project! |

1. Define the structural requirements of your home renovation project which must conform to
all city/township building codes and ordinances. |

2. Define all of the building materials needed for the home renovation project. This requires the ability
to visualize the end result of your project. |

3. We will provide you with a bid for your project with a construction plan and schedule. |
|
4. If you approve the bid, we will obtain a building permit from your city or township building department. |
|
5. We will require a deposit to get materials. Larger projects could be several payments throughout the building process. |
|
6. Final payment is required upon completion of the project. |
